MOSC Happenings

The Males Only Service Club engages in multiple activities a month. They include but aren't limited to:

  • Worshiping together once a month
  • Mentoring monthly at the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club
  • Mentoring male students twice a month at Lexington Middle School
  • Serving as tour guides for 9th Grade Summer Transition Program
  • Attending and volunteering at yearly MLK Breakfast
  • Attend plays and visit art museums
  • College campus tours
  • Read to elementary students
  • Attending Lexington City Council Meetings
  • Educational field trips
  • Movie outings
  • Community service projects
  • Raking leaves for senior citizens
  • Feeding at the homeless shelter
  • Learning to play chess


The club has also:

  • Presented the program for Duplin County Schools Administrators
  • Presented at four state conferences in North Carolina
  • Planted two six inch crepe myrtle trees at Lexington Senior High School
